The salon is open daily Tuesday through Saturday from 10am. Hours may vary depending on client needs. We are closed Sundays and Mondays.

Payment Options

We accept cash, debit, Visa and Mastercard. Please be aware that how you pay matters. Credit card companies charge a very high percentage on sales which is hurting small businesses. When possible, using cash or debit would be much appreciated.

 

Parking

You have plenty of parking options close by when you visit Strut. There are a few 1 and 3 hour meters and free spots scattered along Walnut and also meters on Hunter just past the salon on the north side of the street. There is a pay lot on the Northeast and Northwest corner of Hunter and Catharine. There are is a bike rack for your convenience outside of the salon. That's a lie. It was stolen but we're working on getting another one!

To avoid the inconvenience of a parking ticket, please don't park in the empty lot next to the salon on the north side of hunter street as it's private property.

 

Cancellation Policy

We get it, shit happens. Life sometimes gets in the way of appointments. However, due to a number of "no-shows" affecting our business, we will be introducing a new no-show/ late policy. Please allow 24 hours notice if you can't make an appointment or if you need to reschedule. Otherwise, 50% of the price of the service you have booked will be charged to your next appointment. Also, being fashionably late is great for cocktail parties, but not for us! Expect a gentle scolding if you're late more than 10 minutes. There's a chance you may have to reschedule and/or pay for your stylist's time. 

Re-Do/Refunds

In the case of any dissatisfaction with a service received, please reach out to the salon within one week of the original service. We do not offer refunds but in the case that there's some adjustments that have been agreed upon, this is to be completed by the stylist that provided the original service. 

Products may be exchanged, no refunds given.

 

Child Safety Policy
We love children but we hope you understand that we cannot assure their safety in the salon. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation and salon experience of our guests. Children are only permitted in the salon when having a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
