** Please be advised that as of November 2, 2021, we will require all guests to show valid proof of vaccination to enter the salon. This enables us to regain our capacity and open our waiting areas, allowing the salon to run and function more easily and enjoyably. We are happy to provide an even safer environment for our clients and staff.**
* Strut Salon consists of 6 experienced, talented and vaccinated stylists, all very passionate about all things hair. We know what it takes to be the best; we regularly pursue continuing education, workshops and presentations in order to stay on top of our game.
We are currently catching up from being closed for 3 months. We have lower capacity limits (both physically and mentally!) so it will take some time to work through all of our appointments we had booked that were cancelled. All of our senior stylists are currently not accepting new clients. We have a new intermediate stylist, Kaila, who is happily taking new guests. Her schedule is limited so please be patient!
Check back here or on our social media for updates for any changes. We can't wait to welcome you back to an environment where you can relax and enjoy some lighthearted (& sometimes PG13) conversation and forget about the world outside for awhile.
THE STRUT EXPERIENCE
Off the beaten track yet close enough to the action is where you'll find the best salon in Hamilton. After a not-so-hostile takeover of the former Fuze salon, in 2006 Stacie bought and renamed the salon Strut. It has become the destination for those in search of visionary cuts and colour in a decidedly unpretentious setting. Occupying one of the city's oldest buildings, built in the late 1800's, the former fish n' chips shop and carpet store is now well kept and flourishing as a friendly neighbourhood salon. The salon embraces the past while looking forward to the future of not only their community but everything that Hamilton has to offer.
Although Strut Salon welcomes individuals of all ages, please be advised that this is an adult environment. Some language and conversation topics may be unsuitable for children. Parental discretion is advised.
